Q. What do I need to do to get started using FNB of Dennison Mobile Banking?
A. The following three steps will have you enrolled and using FNB of Dennison Mobile Banking in no time!
To enroll, you must already be using FNB of Dennison internet banking service. To activate your Text Alerts you will need to Log in, click on "Options" in your internet banking from your PC and then "Mobile Settings".
Your mobile device must be web-enabled.
Your mobile network must allow secure, SSL traffic (you may need to contact your mobile provider).

Q. If I transfer funds or pay a bill using FNB of Dennison Mobile Banking, how will I know if my transfer/payment was accepted?
A. Each time you make a transfer or pay a bill you will receive a confirmation SMS Text Message to your device.

Q. What happens if my call is dropped when I am making a transfer or paying a bill?
A. If you do not receive a SMS text message that the transaction was successful, check your account and re-submit any transactions that you did not process.

Q. Will I be able to add new payees using FNB of Dennison Mobile Banking?
A. No, you can only make payments to payees that are setup through our traditional internet banking bill pay service.

Q. What happens if I lose my mobile device?
A. Since your account data is not stored on your mobile device, your account information cannot be stolen.

Q. What will I need to do if I get a new phone?
A. Provided your phone number and service provider stay the same, no changes are necessary. However, should there be any changes to your phone number or service provider, you will need to log into internet banking, click on "Options", and click on "Mobile" to update your phone number and service provider.

Q. Can I use any mobile device to access my account information?
A. Yes, you can use any device to access your account. Keep in mind, any text messages will be sent to the mobile device that was setup at enrollment.

Q. What if I no longer want to use mobile banking?
A. Log into your internet banking account, select "Options", "Mobile" and Deselect Activate Mobile Banking Access, click"Agree".

Q. When will my deposit be available?

A. It is generally our policy to make funds available on the next business day.  Depending on the dollar amount and type of check being deposited, though, funds through mobile deposit may not be available until the 3rd business day after the business day of deposit.  If you need the funds sooner, you should take the deposit to a local office.


Q. Is there a cut-off time for making a mobile deposit?

A. Deposits made after 2:30 pm on a business day we are open are considered received on the next business day.

Q. How should I endorse my mobile deposit check(s)?

A. The box indicating “mobile deposit” must be checked and each mobile deposit check must be endorsed "For Mobile Deposit First National Bank of Dennison" along with your signature. Without proper endorsement, the mobile deposit will be rejected.
 

Q. Should I shred my check after depositing it?

A. You should retain the original deposited check(s) until you confirm it has been deposited to your account.  Once confirmed, you may securely dispose of the original item.
